Vineyard Medical Care serves year round island and seasonal residents and welcomes vacationing visitors who require medical attention. Our office in Vineyard Haven schedules appointments for primary care, and offers a year round walk-in care option for sudden illnesses when appointments are not immediately available. Avoid unnecessary and costly hospital emergency room visits when urgent care is needed for common medical problems. Our entire staff is devoted to serving the medical needs of our community.

Vineyard Medical Care - Martha's Vineyard Doctors, Nurses, Assistants

Chronic Care Management Program

Vineyard Medical Care offers a Chronic Care Management Program for those individuals on Medicare with multiple chronic health issues.  This program aims to promote wellness between office visits and is administered by a Chronic Care Coordinator through monthly telephone calls.  There are no additional charges for those primary care patients covered by Medicare and Medigap policies.  Patients wishing more information are invited to contact us at 508-693-4400 and press 2 to speak with one of our nurses. 


On-site laboratory testing

Vineyard Medical Care LabOn-site laboratory testing is offered for the convenience of our patients and at a lower cost. We accept most insurance plans and provide patient billing assistance for the remainder.

 

TICK BITE FAST TRACK WALK IN CARE

In the summer Vineyard Medical Care offers patients a dedicated Fast Track Walk-In for the diagnosis and treatment of of tick-borne diseases. It is advisable to call-in to confirm availability.
